Greg was fantastic from the very beginning. He showed up at the house early and noticed that the power was out. He immediately took action and called the seller to resolve the issue and texted me updates about the situation. When I met Greg, he was very friendly and took his time walking me through all the things he found around the house. From finding small leaks in the basement to a fan remote not working, he covered it all! I appreciated his attention to detail and answering any questions I had. When Greg Bruce announced he was moving to Arizona, while being happy for him, I was crushed with the news. Greg had been my "go to" home inspector for more than 9 years; not only for my buyer clients, but for me as well. Greg is an honest, thorough and knowledgeable home inspector. I highly recommend Greg! He is very personable, punctual, and thorough. He has an amazing bedside manner when it comes to explaining any issues found during the inspection. Greg was my go to home inspector since 2006. He is great with clients and explaining situations without being an alarmist. His reports are the best I've seen; very detailed, with color photos making asking for a remedy so much easier. I'm happy he's found a warmer state to do business in, but sad to lose him in Ohio. Greg Bruce has done many home inspections for me over the last 10 or more years. He is competent, complete, concise and kind. He takes the time needed to do a thorough check of all mechanicals, functions and structure and maintenance that might need addressed in or on the premises. Greg explains any concerns to the buyer allowing a buyer to make an informed decision regarding any possible issues with a home.
