As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With over 17 years of experience running my own home inspection business and 16 years running my own home renovation business, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
The inspection can take anywhere from approximately 2-5 hours depending on the size, age and condition of the home. You are welcome to be present for the entire inspection appointment or you may come for the last 45 minutes or so for a summary of my findings. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.
